Buckle Up Entertainment Attends Edinburgh TV Festival
Dan attended the Edinburgh TV Festival on behalf of his film and television production company Buckle Up Entertainment which kicked off with an insightful, illuminating and at times hilarious conversation with the amazingly versatile and powerfully engaging actor Michael Sheen — quizzed by BAFTA-winning Producer Jane Tranter.
Dan met with producers and commissioners to discuss the company slate and potential co-productions, and enjoyed an array of networking events and interesting industry panels including a discussion with the amazing team behind Netflix’s ground-breaking show Adolescence.
“This was my first time at the festival and it was great fun and extremely productive“, said Dan “I was especially delighted to have re-connected with my old agent Nick Marston from Curtis Brown who I hadn’t seen in many years.”
Nick was on the “Call My Agent!” panel along with 42’s Cathy King, Insanity’s Andy Varley and Little Arrow’s Holly Bott. Moderated by: Big Talk Studio’s Kenton Allen.
