Uri Geller Strikes Deal To Adapt Supernatural Novel “Ella”
Dan signed a deal today with producer Georgina Abrahams’ Friday Productions to adapt the Uri Geller supernatural thriller novel “Ella” into a movie.
Dan met with Uri and his family at his house in Berkshire to discuss the project and seal the deal. Dan was thrilled at the opportunity and looks forward to working closely with Georgina and Uri as they strive to get the novel onto the big screen.
Uri Geller is an Israeli-British illusionist, magician, television personality, and self-proclaimed psychic best known for his trademark television performances of spoon bending and other illusions.
The novel tells the story of an abused 14-year-old girl from Bristol who develops telekinesis, levitation, and other psychic powers and achieves fame while at the midst of a power struggle between adults who want to control her.
